Maths Methods...

I just want to ask. Is their any reason for anything we learn in maths methods?
Its a whole year worth of frustrating illogical problems that have no real world merit!

Assassin!

Ok here's the deal.
Assassin's Creed is awesome! I bought the game on Wednesday and finished it Saturday night. I'll give you a little mini review of it. So here's the high points and low points.

High points:
  • You can climb any ware! Well almost any ware, their are a couple of walls at the edge of the cites that can't be scaled.
  • The combat looks awesome, its like your watching a CGI movie.
  • Great plot(apart from the ending) .
  • Gigantic maps, the 3 cites plus the assassin's fortress and the kingdom provide a huge playing area. I don't think I'll ever be able to cover the whole thing.
  • fantastic graphics.
  • Throwing knives.
Low points:
  • High end graphics. You can only turn the graphics down so far, if your computer is more than 2 years old you'll have a hard time playing Assassin's Creed.
  • the kingdom is rather laggy, regardless of what the GFX are set to the character seems to 'jump' as long as your in the kingdom.
  • the ending.
  • Water, when jumping near water, the character always seems to fall in or jump in the wrong direction, causing him to die.(Or maybe I'm just not good at jumping -Cloud)
  • Somewhat repetitive investigation missions.
  • No multiplayer.

All in all, its a very good game. I've yet to wander around and kill all the Templar hiding in the cities so I've still got some fun left in it. The game set up a great story and it'll probably continue it in the next Assassin's Creed game.
